Service Included in Resource Bundle
4-30 Minute Phone Call Consultations
How it Works:
- Your four phone conferences are scheduled to occur over a six-month window after the date of purchase of your resource bundle
- Within two weeks of your purchase, we will contact you and jointly schedule the four conference calls
- Calls are scheduled to occur on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays between 9 am and 4 pm, Central Standard Time, based on your needs and call schedule availability
- Organizations are encouraged to conduct speaker-phone calls to accommodate multiple participants
- To assist with an optimal call outcome, organizations are encouraged to submit a list of up to 5 topical questions one week prior to the scheduled call (based on the consultation needs of the organization)
- Your submitted questions are answered in writing and returned to you for review within 24-hours prior to the scheduled call
- Your organization can chose to focus on the 5 topical questions during your call or on other areas of needed consultation
- Additional consultation calls, if desired by your organization, can be scheduled through contractual agreement
